my imagination could run away

with the many ideas that the beauty

of a single picture can show.

The ideas simmer and brew.

Eventually with time and faith

it can become reality.

But whose reality is it?

I don't know I can honestly say.

I just hope that it's as peaceful

as that spot feels.

The serenity is like a shield

creating a cocoon

protective and safe

behind the invisible wall.

Imagination soaring

above the logical.

Update on Minxy


It's been awhile since I actually posted something to my blog that I wrote. So I'm going to give you an update. I have had fun the past week reading my email and actually catching up on funny stuff (that while I was sick wasn't very humorous!)


I am still recovering from bronchitis so my voice comes and goes as it pleases. Some people don't seem to understand that healing from this takes some time. *sighs* I really dislike people that have no compassion or an understanding of what it is. compassion (n) 1. a deep awareness of and sympathy for another's suffering; 2. the humane quality of understanding the suffering of others and wanting to do something about it. I guess you could also say those type of people are selfish and only think about themselves. You really find out who your true friends are when you are under the weather.


My closest friends know who they are and I want to say thank you for all the energy & love that they share with me. I am proud to be their friend and I am honored that they are in my life. Each one is a star in my part of the universe.


I have had interesting one-on-one conversations lately; they have been very insightful and introspective. I think by learning more about each other we only learn more about ourselves. I don't know if that statement makes any sense at all but it decided I *needed* to say it.


I have run into so many quotes that stand out in my mind this is by far one of my favorites: "To the world you might be one person, but to one person you just might be the world" Wouldn’t being the world to someone be rather intimidating? I think it terrifies me. I wonder if that is the same as being consumed.


I’m very happy that I get to go camping in 60 days. My doctor had no choice in the decision. *LMFAO* As if he was going to keep me from going!!! I can’t wait the festivities are being planned even as I work on my blog. The pirating commences at Beltane. It should be a blast! I will let you know about it later.


I guess this was a rambling kinda post. LOL More later.
